About BAM's spring music series:
In a series of concerts curated by Hanif Abdurraqib, artists-as-storytellers share globally inspired, genre-defying, life-giving music. Abdurraqib—a poet, essayist, and cultural critic from Columbus, Ohio—is a 2021 MacArthur “genius” and National Book Award finalist for his collection A Little Devil in America: Notes in Praise of Black Performance. His On Air Fest appearance will follow the opening night of the series. Learn more about the full calendar here.
