DEBBIE MILLMAN TO BE HONORED WITH 2025 AUDIO VANGUARD AWARD

On Air Fest proudly announces the recipient of the 2025 Audio Vanguard Award is Debbie Millman. Millman is a writer, designer, educator, artist, brand consultant and host of the podcast Design Matters, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.

As the creator of the first-ever podcast about design, Millman has built an extraordinary archive of interviews, masterfully bridging the worlds of design, art, film, and audio. Her On Air Fest stage interviews have featured remarkable guests, including Roxane Gay, David Remnick and Ira Glass.

The award presentation will take place Thursday, February 20th at Wythe Hotel in Brooklyn, NY and be followed by an in-depth interview about Millman's creative career, conducted by Ashley C. Ford. Buy tickets here.
