The Roots’ lead MC Black Thought (aka Tarik Trotter) and comedian Wyatt Cenac are highly regarded artists and IRL friends. The two intellectual entertainers pivot from the hilarious-- beard grooming and the need for adult playgrounds-- to the serious challenges of sobriety, performance pressure and showbiz.
